Licensing for this product has stopped working

I have Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium.  When starting Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc., it gives the error "Licensing for this product has stopped working" and further explains "You cannot use this product at this time.  You must repair the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the product or contacting your IT administrator (which is me) or Adobe customer support for help".  This did not work as it continues to give the same error after what appears to be a clean, error free install.  The only concern I have with the reinstall is that it never gave me an opportunity to enter the license.  This is a teacher's computer.  The program works on all (about 24) student computers.  Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Try uninstalling and following that with use of the Cleaner Tool. 

    Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
