Light effects error

Hi, I have a problem to use light effects in photoshop 7. Since I reinstall Photoshop on a new computer, any time a try to add light effects with Rendering/Light_effects the image show some lines like the screens below:

Someone could help me, please?

    I don't remember that far back - you have an ancient version of PS. But I do remember lots of issues with that particular filter in older version of PS. It's not supported anymore, you might be out of luck.

    Looks like a graphic problem.  Try disabling  Graphics Processor in your Preferences.

    Hi Nancy, thanks for your reply. I can't fix the problem so far. I have Adobe Photoshop 7.0 . In my preferences doesn't have the option "Performance". Thank you!
