Lightroom adjustments not showing up in Photoshop

I upgraded my photoshop, lightroom, adobe RAW, everything. I start my editing in Lightroom with my custom preset and adjustments, then bring it into photoshop, then save and export from lightroom.

After I make my adjustments in Lightroom and click "Photo, Edit in, Photoshop" my lightroom adjustments aren't carrying over the Photoshop...or they are, but only half of them. So the photo looks colder and washed out compared to my lightroom edit. I've checked and all the colour space settings are matching (I export as sRGB). This only started happening when I did the update. I've tried restarting everything. What's going on? It's busy season and I need to get my editing finished lol!

If Lightroom and Photoshop don't match, the most common cause is a broken/defective monitor profile. If you're not using a calibrator, monitor/laptop manufacturers distribute their own generic profiles through Windows Update, and many of them are defective in various ways.

A bad monitor profile will often affect applications differently.

Replace your current profile with sRGB IEC61966-2.1 as diagnostic / temporary fix until you get a calibrator. Relaunch PS/Lr when done, they load the monitor profile at application startup:

There is no need to match color settings! That's not where the problem is. Don't change anything there.

All this said, make sure to compare at 1:1 (100%), especially if the image has a lot of noise. Different resampling algorithms can make zoomed out representations appear different.
