Lightroom CC Classic and Photoshop without internet connection

If I don't have an internet connection, Photoshop and Lightroom won't start. There is only a dialog with the request to establish an internet connection or to close the program. Even if I was registered a few hours ago. Normally you should be able to work for up to 30 days without internet! Unfortunately it doesn't work for me!
