line brush on PS 21.0.3 interface weird result

Hi guys,

Is any of you have this issue with PS 21.0.3

I am using the brush tool to clean a drawing and if I place the final drawing on the top of my screen I get this result on the line, this is all over the final drawing.

If I place the drawing on the bottom of the screen the line looks normal.   

I also have this problem when I transfer or drop a group folder or line work onto the main stage on a new file that has the same dimensions and resolution.

 Is there a solution for this weird behavior on the line it is really frustrating to send work like this to clients.
