line distortion image processor is gone

trying to make a text line distortion effect...

realized the "line distorter" under "scripts" was gone.

the only thing related is the "image processor" key but when I click on it, something quite different appears from what I was expecting. (second pic)

Any ways to solve this? Do I have to delete photoshop and reinstall?

Line Distorter obviously is not one of the default Photoshop Scripts so where did you get it and who might have removed it?

What do you want to achieve? Is it different from the options Warp offers?

Please post meaningful screenshots or sketches.
