line grid on work area.

A grid screen is superimposed on the work area.  Latest version. Downloaded yesterday. Can't get rid of it. the previous version had a similar problem, only this time it would flash a black and white color over the work area. Windows 10.  Lets get with it guys. I havee to go back to ver. 23 to do any work.
