Question

Lines appear once printed but do not see them in the original file

So I sent this file to the printers ...( this is a photo the printer sent to  show me what was happening ) looks fine on my computer but when they printed it these faint white lines appeared at regular intervals.

I saved the file in several different ways- jpg tiff pdf ..... uploaded it to the printer company several different ways. They insist that the print jobs before and after were

fine .... We tried four times. Adobe instructed me to do the update - that did not seem to help - although when I opened adobe up today it asked for another update. So I am wondering if the update really worked/happened last time. Any suggestions would be very welcome, I desperately need to resolve this issue as I am working on a major deadline !

    Dropbox - French Kande Window 01 2019.pdf

Thank you Dave - This is absolutely baffling me. The print company is insisting it is not their printer.

I downloaded your file and here is a view at 400% Using Acrobat. There doesn't appear to be any lines. I think the printer is having issues. What system are they using? Click on the image below to see it at full size.

based on the screenshot and the description that it is repeating - this is an issue with your printer's equipment.

I've seen the same thing on a drum failure or fuser belt issue.

Have your printer check their equipment it's not your file.

Can you post the file that you sent to the printer which resulted in the above print.

No it is not letting me post it in a reply - it is a very large file - 7500px x 10875px 150dpi .... i could send you a dropbox link. i am assuming the original psd with layers would help?

Use a drop box link and first post the exact file you sent to the printer. I would like to take a look here and see if there are any striped lines in that file. If there are, we can take a step back and move to the PSD. If not the issue may be at the printing end.
