Liqufy crash after using healing tool / Photoshop Ver 23.2.1

HI all, I'm photographer & I'm using Photoshop for working, since the latest updated from Adobe CC, my Photoshop is always crash when I use Liquify tool just AFTER using a lot of Healing tool (I'm doing skin retouch).

 

If I do Liquify BEFORE use Healing tool it's still ok but the problem it's not adapte with my workflow, sometimes I need to do healing first & if I need some correction I can do in liquify.

 

I try all the solution like clear CTFONT cache, clear cache Photoshop etc but i'ts not working. I didn't have this problem before the updated, I'm using Macbook M1 Pro.

 

Do you have any idea or other solution or for the next updated will be fixed?
