Filter > Liquify doesn't show any layers besides the active layer. I can't get any other layers to appear no matter which settings I select in the Show Backdrop submenu.

I'm having the exact same problem. I''m currently on Photoshop CC 22.4.3 on Windows 10. It used to work fine until very recently—I don't know if something has changed in a recent update. It's really annoying, I use liquify a lot and I really need this feature. No combination of the backdrop options will reveal any other layers.

Maybe I am wrong, but I only thought you could work in one layer using liquidfy.

Again not totally sure...  I only used it for one layer in the past.

But I could be wrong... and if so this will be a revelation to me and something I would experiment with.

Only one layer is workable, but there is a backdrop setting that is supposed to display other layers behind/in front of the active layer. This backdrop feature is the thing that is not working.

Please post meaningful screenshots instead of trying to describe the issue with words alone.
