Liquify isn't working PS 2022 and 2021

I updated all my PSs over the weekend and non of the facial recognition in liquify will work now. I can get into liquify buy why won't it recognize a face? I've never had issues before until the update. Tried both PS 2021 and 2022 and it wont' work in either. Super frustrating...

Does this happen in all photos with faces?

Yes any photo I try (whether 6 faces or 1) won't recognize faces at all...

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
