Liquify "Load Last Mesh" problem in Photoshop CC 2018

Liquify mesh reloads out of alignment and/or distorted when using "Load Last Mesh". This also occurs when trying to reapply the Liquify command to another layer using "Command+F". I need to reuse meshes many times a day so this is a big problem for me.

I'm using Photoshop cc 19.0 on an iMac Retina 4K late 2015, El Capitan 10.11.6

Hi Kevinm,

Could you please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop once: Preferences in Photoshop

Hi, Sahil

I tried resetting the prefs. This time, instead of loading a distorted version of the previous mesh it didn't load a mesh at all, so nothing happened. I also tried saving a mesh and then loading that, but again nothing loaded.

It's worse than that. Saving the mesh, the only way that was possible to reapply meshes in older versions, does NOT save the mesh. I have to downgrade until this is fixed.
