liquify problems 20.0.01 cc

Hi,

After the new version of photoshop 20.0.01 cc, the liquify is wierad.

When selecting a part of the image the desired change will be made to pixels of distance and not in the desired place.

When I select the whole image works perfectly.

I have several jobs to deliver and this is slowing me down a lot.

Please I need help.
