Liquify problems with black pixels / bug

Hello 🙂

I hope someone can help me.

If I use the filter liquify and edit a picture in it and confirm all. Then there are many little black pixels over the whole picture.

I have already closed the program, reinstalled and updated the cloud.

What else can I do? The bug remains. 😞

I use a mac with current software.
