Liquify tool doesn`t work

I start this new thread as requested by @M-H . I am on the current image layer in PS, and I acces Liquify from Filter Menu in PS and when I try to draw it doesn`t do any modification of the image. I leave below the info`s of my PC and app from PS:

Ok so its clearly something wrong with your Photoshop 26.x install. Before trying to completelly reinstall the app try resetting photoshop user folder - you can do that by removing  C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2025\Adobe Photoshop 2025 Settings (or just rename to keep if for a backup). That's like a Photoshop's "factory reset". If that doesnt help my next step would be uninstalling with removing of all the remaining photoshop/adobe folders and then fresh, new install.

Doesnt look like you are using the latest version of Photoshop and nvidia drivers, try updating both and see if that will fix your issue

    My idea with other version of Photoshop was to elimnate any hardware/software issues of your pc and since it does work without any bugs for me and probably many others I would be looking for fixes locally. If it work in PS 2021 or 2024 then it should also work in 2025 and if it doesnt work in other versions it means something other than Photoshop is wrong. You can get to other versions by clicking 3 dot icon next to Photoshop and select "Other versions" from drop down menu:

     


    I have installed PS version 25.12.4 and Liquify works in this one. Can I make it work in the last version?
