Liquify warp tool in straight lines?

When I use the brush in photoshop I can hold shift and the brush will be in a straight line.

 

Is it possible to do something similar with the warp tool in the liquify panel? I need to use the warp tool but I want to hold the same line.

    To make a distortion with a straight brushstroke, you could instead use the Displace filter. You would create a separate grayscale image using the straight brushstroke where you want the distortion and use it as the displacement map.
