Loading Photoshop cs to Windows 10

Hi I have upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to 10. My copy of Photoshop cs will load but I cannot get past the Product register command.

I have been able to load a much older copy with no problems, however i would like to use the CS version i have been using for years.

I do not need to up grade to CC versions as I just do family pictures.
