Long delay/lag in Photoshop CC 2017 with Wacom Mobilestudio Pro (13")?

Hello,

I am having some issue with my new Mobilestudio Pro, primarily-- but not exclusively-- in Photoshop CC.

When I draw, every 2-3 minutes, there will be a long delay between what I draw, and what is displayed on the screen. Basically, I draw a line, and the display doesn't show it until a few minutes later when it "catches up" and displays all my work at once. It doesn't get it quite right, and it results in a lot of blobby messes. I am using a small (15px) brush (StumpyPencil, if anyone's curious) on an 11x8 (300dpi) canvas, so it is not an issue of huge brushes. It also affects the eraser tool, if I select something in the menu, etc, etc; sometimes, the program just doesn't respond for a while, and then everything catches up all at once.

This doesn't happen AT ALL in ClipStudioPaint, as far as I can tell? No long delay where my brushstrokes then "catch up" all at once, no noticeable lag of any kind?

Is there some... performance setting I can change that will maybe fix this that anyone knows about? Is there some reason this affects Photoshop CC, but not ClipStudio?

I'm using driver 6.3.23-1 (from Wacom, ofc) which says it is the most current, and Photoshop CC is the most current version as well. I installed all recent Windows updates (as of 8/14) as well. I am running Windows 10. My Mobilestudio Pro is 13" enhanced edition, which has the following specs:

512GB SSD

16GB DDR

Intel Core i7
