Looking for a brush similar to this:

I used to be an avid Sketchbook Pro user, loved it, etc. I have photoshop now, though, and I kind of hate the brushes. They're clunky and ugly. There's one brush I miss from Sketchbook Pro in particular: Brush 3.

Is there any Photoshop equivalent of this brush that comes to mind? Or is there a way I can make a custom brush that makes such smooth, beautiful lines and gradient? So far I've only found tutorials that make a kind of bumpy stamp brush.
