Looking for recommendation of an Album Design Layout Software

Good morning everyone, i am looking for recommendations for a new software to create album layout designs for our photo wedding albums. We do lots of weddings albums every month. Can someone recommend a good one? I am specifically looking for one software that will allow me to do blending effects on the layouts... i would really aprecciatte if someone can help me with this..... thanks!
