Looking for the "remove color" menu choice

I'm trying to re-create an effect with an action from years back. All of the menu choices to create this effect are still available except one. There used to be a Enhance > Adjust Color > Remove Color menu item. Is it hidden somewhere in the current version of PS that I haven't found yet, or is there an equivalent to the "Remove Color" choice? I believe the Remove Color option was different from Desaturate.

Okay yes the Enhance > Adjust Color > Remove Color menu item from photoshop elements does the same conversion as Image>Adjustments>Desaturate in photoshop does.

Still researching, but in the meantime i belive setting Saturation to -100 in the Hue/Saturation dialog box is the same as Enhance > Adjust Color > Remove Color in photoshop elements.
