Lost actions with update

I just updated Photoshop 2022 today .All of my actions are gone! How can I revert to previous Version or get my actions back?

If actions were saved just search for actions and load them in Photoshop. If your actions were not saved you may have lost them. Reverting Photoshop will not bring actions back.
