LRC photo uploaded to photoshop different when saved

Hello, ive been having some issues co editing with lightroom classic and photoshop recently. i personally enjoy doing my Clone  and remove tools in photoshop over LRC. But recently its changing my entire image in LRC after saving in photoshop. it never used to do this! The photo that is dark grainy cloudy was saved after removing a piece of the shirt on the left side. vs the other picture i originally uploaded to remove the side shirt. (i since just cropped it in so you wont see the shirt sliver on the left side.) 

This issue has been persistent for the last week or so! 

I need help to fix this issue as its completely hindering my editing process.

    There's something more going on here. Your screenshot clearly shows that a soft mask to the sky area is applied, and an extreme adjustment is done within that sky mask. But not outside it! 

     

    Note the bright halo. That's what a feathered mask does.

     

    Go over your editing steps again. Also look for things like Lightroom presets.
