Running PS 22.5 in Rosetta mode. so I can work on video.

M1 Mac mini 16GB.

Doing anything, even "About Photoshop" gives the out of RAM error. Not seen this message since using Photoshop 3.0.

Needs reboot to fix.

Any pointers please?

Go to Preferences/Performance and send a screenshot of the RAM allocation.

Also have you tried resetting your PS preferences?

How much free HD space do you currently have available in Preferences/Scratch Disk?
