MAC: Wacom (System Preferences) and Photoshop CC 2019: Why are the settings for CC 2018 in control rather than CC 2019's?

So I updated my Photoshop program from CC 2018 to 2019. It seemed to work fine and the settings that I set up are still working fine, but the settings that are being used are the ones back in Photoshop CC 2018 instead of 2019. I read on another forum from a year ago that the problem was fixed by adding a certain folder or code into the program that you'd be using. This seemed to work for most people who had windows, but as a Mac user, it wasn't helpful in the slightest.

When I try to replace the old settings with the newer one (by deleting the older one), the Photoshop program turns into the "All Other" option, instead of the intended CC 2019 option I have set.

I believe that it's the same problem that the Windows users experienced a year ago with CC 2017 and 2018. I'm thinking that it has to deal with the similar coding sequences or patterns, and could be corrected with an added code to the wanted program.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? For reference my Mac runs on macOS Mojave (ver 10.14)
