MacOs Catalina – Photoshop 2021 – "Unknown error occurred" while exporting larger images

Hi there! 🙂

I recently ran into a lot of issues while working on larger Photoshop files, there are no issues with smaller photoshop files (200mb or less).

First of all I can't export my files in the "Export as" tab and receive the message "Unknown error occurred".

Also whenever i try to change the image or canvas size the image stops rendering and previewing and therefore I can't work on the file anymore.

I never had any problems with larger photoshop files prior to these recent issues.

My System information:

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

macOs Catalina 10.15.5

2,6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7

16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

I have installed the most recent version of photoshop:
Photoshop 2021 – version 22.1

These problems make photoshop really useless as i can't use most of the features and therefore it's really frustrating, would be very thankful for any help! Thanks in Advance 🙂
