(macOS) Photoshop (23.5.1) Could not complete the Liquify command because of a disk error

Hello All,

We are getting this message for some weeks now. Tried all these:

- updating osx to the latest

- updating Photoshop to the latest (23.5.1)

- reinstalling PS

- repairing disk permissions

- the sudo periodic command

Neither of these helped. Could you help us please how to solve this problem? My sister is a professional photographer, so she needs it badly.

Thank you in advance,

Peter (the small brother who tried to solve it but couldnt)

Hi, I'll help you with this. I'll need more information to start.

Could you please share the system info of Photoshop from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload to Creative Cloud files (https://assets.adobe.com/files) and share with us?

Liquify uses the VRAM on GPU & if your machine does not meet the minimum of 1.5GB, you might face this error.

You can press & hold the OPT key when you click on Liquify & let me know how it goes.

If you still face the error, please upvote on this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-disk-error-using-liquify/idc-p/12879902

Thanks!
