Major Lag in New Photoshop 2021

Since upgrading to Big Sur I was having massive issues with Photoshop and lag. I have gone back to a clean Catalina install and I'm still experiencing the same laggy issues with Photoshop. Performing the simplest of tasks, the computer either thinks about it, or gives me a spinning wheel on a small 2 layered document. I have one of the latest Mac Pros with 192 Gig of memory. Adobe has been trying to help me out with another new adobe clean install but the same issues. They have now just resorted to sending me an article about what preferences I should change to better my performance. Adobe, please just acknowledge that there's an obvious fault and you are working on it. Please forget about all the crap gimmicks you are trying to introduce into each version and concentrate on getting the basics right. I use your program 15 hours a day every day so I'm struggling with the type of no responsibility attitude you're claiming. Please can you acknowledge this issue or suggest any other solutions to get the basics working right. Thank you
