Make Lithophane errors on CC2019

I'm trying to make a lithophane, using an action from http://blogs.adobe.com/richardcurtis/2014/04/18/creativefriday-create-3d-printable-lithophane-and-print-it-directly-from-photoshop-cc/.  When I click the 'start', I get a 'command (insert step) is not available' for virtually every step.  Is this a compatibility problem, or bug in CC2019?

I'm using CC2019

iMac mid 2017 / 16 GB RAM

macOS Mojave

The script was written in 2014 and is probably no longer valid in CC2019.

Menus and processes are different between the two versions and not surprising have caused the action to become obsolete.

You could open the script or action and edit/update the offending command or see if the author created an update.

Works here using photoshop cc 2019 on macOS Mohave 10.14.1

Make sure you select the Background Layer, make a Background Layer or Flatten your image before running the action.
