No dmg file was downloading to my mac after i click download photoshop

My browser setting is fine

why is it such a bad experience to use photoshop after paying

nothing comes out

I'm wondering if that was a site for non-genuine version of Photoshop.

Try downloading the Creative Cloud desktop app first and download it from there:
