Margins on print are different from on screen in Lightroom

Over a long period of time, I have had issues with getting the margins set in Lightroom to correspond with the margins on the print. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. 

I am using the latest version of Lightroom Classic and Epson 3880 printer.

Attached are screenshots of the Lightroom settings and a picture of the print. As you see, a big difference. Very annoying to ruin an A3+ Fine art Paper on this. Could someone tell me where it goes wrong?
