Matching light difference of background in Photoshop CS6

I've attached 3 Images (img1, img2 and Result). Img1 (darker) and Img2 (lighter) have been cut from same Image but while taking the photo there is brightness difference on some areas of the photo. Now I want to copy some object from darker area to lighter area and background brightness does not match as you can see in 3rd attachment "Result".

I may be suggested to select only the specific object without background area and move it to new place but there are "difficult to select" objects and I have multiple objects so selection will be a long and difficult method.

Please guide me some easy way to just mach the background brightness/lighting difference.

Regards,

Shakeel Ahmad

Rename interpolate_p2_100512.zxp to interpolate_p2_100512.zip.
Unzip the contents.

Copy the win64/interpolate.8bf to the folder
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)\Plug-ins\ Filters"

Copy the files InterpolateWrapper.jsx and MatchEdgesWrapper.jsx
to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)\Presets\Scripts"

Restart Photoshop.

Open your file. There must be two layers. Stand on the top.
Execute
Menu-> Filter-> Match Edges.
