Menu bar and document bars are glitched

Hi! I installed on my cousins computer Photoshop recently on a PC with windows 10. Inexplicably de menu bar and de rezise and close buttons for documents can't be seen when working. 

You can't see the buttons but you can click them and they work as usual, but it's really anoying not being able to see where to click. I'm attaching pictures showing what's happening.
