Menu Fonts too small unable to fix.

My computer spec's are as follows:  Alienware 17 R4, 32Gb RAM, Windows 10 Pro 64bit, Version 1909, OS Build 18363.535.  The video card is an nVidia GeForce GTX 1080 and the display version is 431.53Display resolution is 3840 x 2160 (Native for the display).  Windows Scale and layout set for 175%.

I have tried opening the Properties for Photoshop.exe and working with the compatability settings but nothing changes.  This has been and issue for at least 4 years and it is very disappointing that this has not been fixed yet.  How can I fix this in Photoshop and Bridge?

Please go to Help>System Info in photoshop and state the exact version from the top line.

Have found a partial solution.  When I updated to CC 2020 there was an option to remove old versions which I selected.  It lied.  It left the directories and startup files for 2019 so one time the computer would use the 2019 setup and the next time the 2020 setup and so one.  I deleted all of the old 2019 directories and BINGO it is almost fixed.

The drop down menus are now a good size but the top menus selections (File - Edit - Image - Layer Etc, are still tool small.

Are you using Photoshop CC 2018.1 or newer? If not you have to force Windows display scaling onto Photoshop via Windows Photoshop start-up shortcut properties override high DPI scaling behavior.

You mean Windows display scaling does not work at all on you machine.  That no matter what you set the display windows scaling to nothing is ever scaled all application UI text is too small to be useable.  You may need to reinstall Windows 10
