Menu tab invisible

I installed my Photoshop 2020 but the menu bar is invisible, I can use it going with the mouse in the position that it suppose to be, but I cant see it. I already reinstalled, but the problem persists. Any ideas how to fix this?

Windows 10, Everything is Up to date. 

Photoshop 2019 was working fine.
