Mesa de trabajo cambia las medidas

Buenas tardes, mi mesa de trabajo las realizo con una medida que necesito, sin embargo en el momento que guardo la imagen en PNG o JPG me salen con otras dimensione. Esto nunca me había sucedido antes. Agradezco su ayuda. Saludos

    Hi, have you tried to reset the Adobe Photoshop preferences?
