Minimised Photoshop CS6 During 3D Render and Now Can't Open it Again

Hello,

I'm currently 3D rendering some text in Photoshop CS6 and accidentally clicked the Desktop button in the bottom right of my Windows computer which minimises all programs. Now I cannot reopen Photoshop, clicking on it in the taskbar does nothing so now I can't see how long is left on the render, and I'm not sure if once the render is done that I'll be able to open it to save it.

Any suggestions please?
