missing brush smoothing option in tool bar

hey everyone I am currently trying to animate on photoshop and i need the brush smoothing tool in order to draw a perfect circle. The issue is when i look at the brush tool bar the option is not there. Only the flow and opacity options. When I went into the brush presets to uncheck it and all nothing happened afterwards.
