Missing "create from image" link in libraries

How can I add or find the "Create From Image" link? When I click on the + symbol in libraries, I do not see the CREATE FROM IMAGE option that will allow me to create patterns from an image.

Hello, If you are running Ps on a M1 (Apple Silicon) Mac, you need to run it in Rosetta mode to get that function.

I think it should be added on the Apple Silicon FAQ.

Hi, same problem here, I am on a M1 and run PS under Rosetta, libraries work fine, but I also do not have the create from image button. Working on a german version, so names might be a bit different, but for sure there is no such thing. Any help would be much appreciated!
