Missing Features in Latest Camera raw Filter

Since you are typing filter in all caps, I assume you mean the ACR filter as opposed to the ACR raw processor?

In that case they don't apply and that's why they're not there. The ACR filter, launched from the Filter menu in Photoshop, is used on already rendered RGB files, with these corrections already baked in. You can't apply them twice, and it doesn't make any sense to do so.

Lens correction and CA are applied to raw files, opened into the ACR raw processor.

In ACR latest  interface I believe it just the Optics slider as well as Camera lens profile and eyedropper.

ACR UI  has changes over the years, The controls seem to be basily the same
