Missing Fonts

Hello All,

I have a user at my company that has been experiencing an issue with fonts appearing in photoshop.

To be specific, this is the Helvetica Neue font and the user has roughly 19 different versions of this but only 4 will show up.

What I've tried:

- Uninstalling Fonts, then re-downloading

- Removing fonts from C:\Windows\Fonts then re-installing

- Confirmed fonts are appearing in the Font Settings within Control Panel

- Re-installed photoshop from scratch

- Deleted Font cache folder within the Photoshop directory

I have confirmed with another user that this font is not an issue itself since all of these fonts appear as normal for the user.

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated as it seems I have hit a wall on this issue.

Delete all duplicates. Make sure that installed fonts are Windows OTF format (fonts copied from a Mac will not work and are not licensed for Windows.)
