Missing new features in ps 25? no lens blur or point color appearing

Howdy - I updated to photoshop 25 when it became available and have been using it since.  It wasn't until earlier today, while watching a video on what's new in ps 2024 that I noticed...none of those features being shown appear for me.  Generative fill is no prob, been using that in beta for ages.  But when I saw new camera raw features like lens blur and point color - they just don't show up for me.  I've updated to the most recent camera raw and just don't see them in acr or ps.  I'm on a mac running os 11.7.1 and I do see that some of the new 2024 realeases of adobe stuff like after effects/premiere are incompatible, but photoshop and others updated no prob.  Color me confused.  Anyone else?  Thank you kindly.
