missing plugin n Photoshop

I am getting a pop-up telling me that I am missing a plugin in the latest Windows version of Photoshop. I can close it and I don't see any ill effects in the use of the software.  However, it is still annoying, can anyone help please?  I have attached copies of the pop-up and the system log it asked me to check.

Thanks in advance

Keith

If you look down towards the end of the System Info you posted you'll see

Plugins that failed to load:

VueScan NO VERSION - - from the file “C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC\VueScan_x32.8ba”

The VueScan plugin is 32 bits so it won't work in modern Photoshop versions, so it's safe to remove.

VueScan is available with a 64 bit plugin that should work if you need it:

VueScan also works fine as a standalone application, that's how I use it.
