Missing .psd Icon on Windows

On Windwos 11 Pro 22H2

Missing psd Icon on Desktop and File manager. Reinstallation doesn't help.

The thumbnails are an attribute of the OS, as Kevin points out, you'll have to fix that issue as it isn't Photoshop.
