Move Command Not working in Photoshop

Question

I have an action that I have been using for the past few years and now I am receiving a Move command I currently Not available. Is there a reason this would not be working any longer?

Possible reasons include that you are on an adjustment layer or a locked layer as well as others. You didn't show your Layer, History, and Action panels, so we can only guess.

Try stepping through the action and tell us what is happening when the message pops up.

Close without saving and reopen to clear the history.
Actions panel menu > Playback Options > Step by Step > Expand the action > play action > find the step with the error.
