Move Tool automatically resizes layers on selection

Hello. This recently happened to my Photoshop app and I haven't found a way to fix this. But when I select a layer, it automatically starts resizing it, something which I don't want it to do.

Here is a GIF of what is happening when I select the layer with the Move tool:

I haven't found any setting related to this, what could be going on?

Would like to add that I'm not dragging the mouse in any way, just clicking it. Holding down Alt seems to solve this, but it used to work without needing it before

Hi this is not problem when you click in middle it do like that just press escape key and click in middle if you want to move rest you know all...regards
