Move tool not moving object while inside a Group Folder

While selecting an object that's on a layer with the Move tool why does the entire Group always move instead of the individual object that was on the layer ? I've noticed it only happens when there are Group Folders in a document?

Looks like this issue only happens on my Photoshop CC version at work but not my Photoshop CC at home. I'll re-install Photoshop CC at work and see if that fixes the issue.
