Moving a image in Photoshop has a delay Spot Healing tool as well

Hi, 

Since a few day's i have trouble with moving images around or reshaping them. There is a delay and it will show the change after i click somewere or resize the view. Same with the spot healing tool.

Anybody els have the same problem?

Updated Photoshop

Reset the tools

Reinsalled Photoshop
