moving image on the left screen in Full Screen Mode

I would like if possible, and this function:

I turned in all the post but I can not find solution.

My problem is this:

when I put the full-screen mode (screenModeFullScreen)

the image remains central and spostalta left I have to use the hand tool

and you can do this by using scripts without using the hand tool?

Try adding a view fit on screen or view 100%. If the image has a different Aspect ratio than your display there will be borders if the image fit on your display the image will be centered.

Yes your Document canvas is centered to the screen when you switch to full-screen mode. When your image has fewer pixels than your display has there will be borders the borders on opposite sides will be the same as you show. Zoom your image to fill the screen. In full screen mode I believe the document canvas center is pinned the your display center. If you move layers the layers will move off canvas so be clipped by the document canvas.
