My brush keeps turning and changes sizes
When i try to use a brush the brush keeps turning and changing size every time i click

Click the folder icon in the Options bar.
That will open the Brush Settings panel.
Click on Shape Dynamics and remove any Size Jitter and Angle Jitter settings.
